There is an absorbent pad under the print head when it is parked. When you clean the heads it catches the ink. It's time to clean the pad.

change new toner cartridge or good quality toner for better image.also before refilling make sure remove old toner from the cartridge and clean inside the cartridge with blower. you will get with a good quality image

Open the front of the printer by pulling the front panel toward you and down. Hi Anonymous. The 4F error is related to a failed printhead. In the case of this new printer coming up with a 4F error it can be one of two things. 1) The printer had a faulty printhead straight out of box. Not common but can happen. 2) You have pushed your printer too hard. Normally Brother Inkjet printers are not designed to handle 2000 page print jobs (That is 4 reams of paper) most inkjet printers don't even have close to enough ink to do this sort of print job. You may have just blown the printhead up through overuse.
