What is the brand name to your TV? Your TV is now in service mode [factory mode] now. That is why, it shows the display 'Factory' on screen. You have to quit the service mode. Then only you can enter into its normal menu. But, entering and exiting factory mode/service mode, to different brand TVs will not be the same.
