Either the new element is a dud or power isn't reaching it and that is simple to test with your handy multimeter.

If power is reaching the element it is a dud and if it isn't, there is a problem further back in the circuit.

When an element fails it isn't unusual for it to cause a power surge; an almost short circuit with the ground and while the big old fashioned mechanical switches would cope, modern electronic switching might not.

You will need someone to open and replace faulty part or parts, and since this is an online only site, even the purchase of replacement parts will be an issue for you. I am sorry to inform you, but it will be likely that you need to purchase a new oven if you haven't found someone to repair it.

FIXYA tends to be for do it yourself repairs and questions, and when I searched the internet for information I only saw the following video showing a technician unscrewing parts, but really not providing enough help to assist you. Unfortunately, you will be faced with paying a repair technician or purchasing a new oven.

Hello, I would like to suggest you turn off the fuse to the unit , or simply try to unplug the unit if possible. 15 seconds then plug in or reset the fuse. Good luck hope this helps.

Conventional heating
The symbol for conventional heating is two lines, one at the top and one at the bottom of a square. The lines represent the two heating elements used, one at the top and one at bottom of the oven. Instead of a fan, the heat is diffused by natural convection

One of the relays on the relay control might be faulty, in that case a new board is probably required.
Or the igniter has an issue...Igniters are the number one cause of an oven not turning on. Igniters open the safety valve and heat up to ignite the gas in the burner assembly. It can be tested with a multimeter for continuity and replaced if necessary.
I got this from: https://www.electrafixbc.ca/appliances/stove.html
Check it out for more info on your oven issue. Good luck!
