I did the maintanence cleaning
It might be running out of ink.
If cartridges are new then inkjet's heads are clogged. You can do the following to unclogged the heads, which might be located where the cartridges are plug into or on the cartridges itself.
Run 5-8 times the cleaning process from software. If doesn't solve.
Locate the heads an apply 5-7 drops of alcohol into heads and start cleaning process with installed cartridges again.
If the printhead is in the cartridge you can soak with hot water and also used alcohol drops.
Always run the self cleaning software utility.
Then try with new cartridge.
God Bless You!

I installed a compatible Office
patthomas55,
Many times manufacturers use a sensor in the cartridge to defeat customers using "compatible" or "refilled" cartridges. In many cases you can just cancel out or hit stop or cancel several times to make the printer ignore the warning. If this does not work you will have to purchase the original equipment cartridge to be able to use your printer. I would think that you should be able to return the cartridges in question for a full refund.
Thanks for using FixYa and for the great rating. Please consider a testimonial. Thank you.

Printer prints out blank pages
Follow these steps:
1. Load a few sheets of plain paper in the sheet feeder.
Turn off your printer.
Hold down the paper button as you press the power button to turn the
printer back on. Hold down both buttons until the power light begins to
flash, then release the buttons.
The printer prints its test page, which includes a nozzle check. Does
the paper print out without any gaps or with gaps? If there are do this:
2. Load a few sheets of plain paper in the sheet feeder.
Make sure the printer is on and the ink light is off.
Right-click the printer icon in the bottom right corner of your screen (the taskbar) and select Head Cleaning.
Follow the on-screen instructions to start the cleaning cycle, which
lasts about 1 minute. The power light flashes throughout the cleaning
cycle and stays on green when the cycle is finished.
Caution:
Never turn off the printer during a cleaning cycle or you may damage it.
When the power light stops flashing and remains on, you can check to see if the nozzles are clean. Click Print Nozzle Check Pattern and click Print. Check the printed nozzle check pattern to see if there are gaps in the lines.
If there are no gaps, click Finish.
If there are gaps or the pattern is faint, click Clean to clean the print head again.
You may need to clean the print head up to 4 times. You can also turn
off the printer and wait at least 6 hours. Then try printing again.
If this doesn't work then double check that you have the toner cartridges
in correctly. If you do then your print head is broken and/or burned
out and it's best to just replace the printer. Fixing it would cost more
than the printer itself

Hello. my printer has all 4 cartridges with ink
Ensure that the cables are properly connected; you need to ensure that your printer is properly connected, and plugged in, and also the cable is accurately connected to the computer as well.
Check the power; make sure that the printer's power is switched on, ensure that all the computer necessary computer components are also turned on.
Make sure that the hardware is properly plugged in, and also turned on. Apply troubleshooting.
A troubleshooter is a tool, which is generated automatically and which can easily fix the problems that occur with your system.
Thus, if you are coming across different issues related to your printer, then you can consult the troubleshooter.
You require driver applications to run your hardware devices.
Make sure that the drivers are not outdated, corrupt, or incompatible, resulting in disrupting the communication between the printer and the computer.
Always make sure that you are making use of the most recent and latest device drivers, and also that are compatible with your system requirements and specifications, as this can be extremely useful in resolving printer issues.

All together not working. Says: "Ink empty" But I
Mostly, printer cartridge error occurs when the printer head is unable to identify the cartridge properly. And the basic reason behind this is that the cartridge is improperly attached.
To reattach the cartridge check the following steps :
Turn on the lid of the printer and then remove the cartridge from the printer head.
Check the cartridge to make sure that there are no scratches or other damaged parts that can contribute to a printer cartridge error report.
Take note that the cartridge should not be left open for more than 30 minutes; otherwise the ink will start to dry up and the cartridge will get clogged.
