pls define where it shows the paper jam indication as back door or output bin.......

Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

make certain you are not printing in DRAFT MODE

you have to go into the print properties before you hit "print" and select fine print . this will enable a better print quality

Try unpluging the power to it for about 5 min or so and plugging it back in, that sometimes does the trick. Is the printer even recognizing that you changed the carterage? Sometimes you have to manualy reset that too.

place the image or photo in scan area (glass area), by lifting cover. press the colo or black START on printer. Once done, save the image to your computer as JPEG, JPG, GIF, PDF, BMP. Take blank CD insert into CDROM . Software should appear asking you what you wish to do-burn, data, DVD. In this case its data, so take the saved image and drag and drop into CDROM sofwatre burning program. Start burning data on disc.
