You have a cold solder joint [broken weld] around a color output transistor. Have someone check the grounds on the back of the CRT board. And resolder, and while they are at it they may as well pull out the board and resolder the vertical output IC. One other thing have them check and replace the deflection electrolytic capacitors.

This is most likely a burned Thermistor in the A/C part of the circuit board. Common for older Zenith TV's.
