It's possible with any phone, as long as your telephone company offers the service. The procedure to forward calls varies from company to company, though. With some companies you dial *72, then dial the number to be forward to at the second dial tone. Please contact your telephone company for the exact procedure.

Sounds like you have your phone on MUTE. If so the word MUTE should be on your screen. It might be in the upper or lower corners of your screen.
To unmute.....while in the TALK mode.....press the soft key on the far right of the menu key. it should look like this -> -> . MUTE should then clear off screen. You can now hang up. Now go back to TALK and call someone and see if that corrects your problem. Happy talking!

Could be line cord connection at base or other wiring issue. Do you have a different phone(s) at same location that work? If you have a known good phone, the simpler the better, unplug all other tele devices at your location and verify the know good phone works?
