Hello Robert It is supose to have sound and color, or instead, its damage board. I will recommend you to visit your local dealer, or tech, and tell about this particular issue. For me , its a damage board. but like I say, all these things will be better be watch, with a tech. other than this will be: 1) damage board/sound board 2) bad capacitors in general board.
