The salve cylinder has a bleed screw / nipple. It is next the the engine side clutch activation lever. Top off the fluid reservoir and clean the nipple before you start. PLEASE KEEEP THE WORK AREA FREE FROM DIRT! It is a two person operation just like bleeding the brakes.

Your truck does not use a lift pump. It uses an electric pump to transfer fuel from one tank to another. The high pressure pump under the hood draws fuel out if the tank to the engine.

If im not mistaken theres an access panel under the rear seat. Take thecover out and you should be able to see the fuel pump.
