Bose 301 V Main / Stereo Speaker - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Both tweeters on one of
Since there is no single crossover for two speakers it is likely both speakers experienced the same audio trauma and blew together. Something like microphone feedback will take thenm out in a literal heartbeat.
The 301's sometimes have an element in series with the tweeters that looks like a little light bulb (or it could be a fuse, too) and it is designed to blow before the tweeters die. They're easy to find if you remove the woofer to get some maneuvering space inside. If they'rethere and blown (visible) you can either wire aroundthem and be careful in the future or get some more.
Do a web search for "tweeter protection fuse".
If the tweeters did take the hit get on eBay and find some more, plus think about installing protectors if you can't avoid excessive distortion or power going to them.
Regarding pwoer vs distortion, the latter will kill tweeters in a blink so don't think a modest amp is safer than a powerful one. The modest amp will distort sooner.
My speakers are buzzing.
Passive speakers don't buzz in the absence of a signal that makes them buzz. Look for a single source doing it, specific cabling loose, power cords near signal wires.

change the sound affect to normal in the audio setting of your source
Pyle P22-03ABTU stereo receiver.
Question edited for clarity. It is a 'Pyle' not a 'Pile'.
It is under warranty. Return it, an internal component has failed probably an electrolytic capacitor.
One thing you can try is to disconnect it and move it to another room to discount EMF from something.

Bose wave radio doesn't turn on with the remote but one time in 20 to30 times pushing the power button.
You can check with new battery in the remote. Next you point a digital camera, a smartphone should do fine, at the infra red transmitter on the front of the remote and then look on the camera screen if you see the ir light flash different pulses for each button. Infra red light can not be seen but a digital camera shows it really well. Confirm this with another remote. Now you know if the remote functions right. Remotes are available on-line or one can use a universal type remote. The IR receiver is often welded onto the circuit board. This means that it is not right behind the front panel window. It can be obstructed, perhaps by dust or displaced. This is generally speaking.

Bose lifestyle 18 have rapid loud hum when plug to power supply and no led light on the subwoofer.
If you've replaced the LM4766 ICs and the humming sound returned, there could be a few possibilities to consider:
- Grounding Issues: Humming sounds in audio systems can often be caused by grounding issues. Ensure that all components are properly grounded and that there are no loose or disconnected grounding connections.
- Power Supply Problems: The rapid loud hum could be related to power supply issues. Make sure the power supply is stable and within the correct voltage range. Also, check for any issues with the power cables or connections.
- Filter Capacitors: Check the filter capacitors in the power supply section and around the LM4766 ICs. Faulty or aging capacitors can lead to noise issues in audio systems.
- Signal Interference: Electrical interference from other devices or cables can sometimes cause humming sounds. Make sure the audio cables are properly shielded and not running too close to power cables.
- Speaker Connections: Double-check all speaker connections, ensuring they are secure and properly connected. Loose or damaged speaker wires can lead to noise issues.
- Board-Level Problems: There could be other components on the circuit board that are causing the issue. Inspect the circuit board for any signs of damage, burn marks, or soldering issues.
- Magnetic Interference: Make sure there are no strong magnetic fields or sources of interference near the system that could be causing the humming sound.
- Professional Help: If you've exhausted your troubleshooting efforts and the issue persists, it might be best to seek the assistance of a professional audio technician who has experience with Bose systems. They can perform more advanced diagnostics and repairs.
Remember that working with electronics and audio equipment requires technical expertise and can involve risks, including electrical hazards. If you're not comfortable or experienced with electronic repairs, it's advisable to seek professional assistance to avoid potential damage to the equipment or harm to yourself.

I have bose cinamate home system i need codes to programe it to my spectrum remote
To program your Bose CineMate home theater system with the Spectrum remote, you will need to use the appropriate remote control codes. These rules vary depending on the model of your Spectrum remote and the specific model of Bose CineMate you have. Follow these detailed steps to program your Spectrum remote to control your Bose CineMate: Find the remote control code: First, you need to find the remote control code for your Bose CineMate system. Spectrum provides a list of remote control codes for devices on their website or in the remote control user manual. You can also try looking up specific codes online using the model number of your Spectrum remote and Bose CineMate. Turn on Bose CineMate: Ensure that your Bose CineMate system is turned on and in the proper mode for operation (e.g., TV or AUX mode). Enter programming mode: Press and hold the "Setup" button on your Spectrum remote until the LED indicator on the top of the remote turns on. Enter Code: Use the number buttons on the remote to enter the four-digit remote control code of your Bose CineMate. The LED indicator blinks to confirm the entered code. Test control: After entering the code, point the Spectrum remote at the Bose CineMate system and press various buttons (e.g., volume up/down, power) to see if it controls your Bose system. If it works, the program succeeds. Save the code: When the remote control works with your Bose CineMate, press the "Setup" button again to exit the programming mode. Now that the code is saved, your Spectrum remote should be able to control your Bose CineMate. Please note that not all remote control codes may work with all models of the Bose CineMate. If you can't find a working code, you can try the code search feature in your Spec
