To change the left margin, hit the return button which will take you to the left margin. Hit the margin release lever (mar rel) and then the backspace button to go farther to the left and stop where you want the margin to be. Hit left margin and that is where it will then be set.

The WW's don't have a platen knob. DickyO

There are 2 black plastic latches one at each end of the platen squeeze them together and lift out platen. DizkyO

On each end of the platen there is a black plastic retainer squeeze them together and lift the platen out.

I haven't worked on a 150 for a while but I believe that the left platen bearing rotates to a position where the platen can be lifted from the left.You can get books at nadist.comDickyO

If they just com on and shut off and then nothing the power supply is most likely going bad. I'm sure it can be repaired,DickyO

Most likely the keyboard is going bad or someone spilled something on it. Contact Geo. Beyers Co. @800-392-8085 for a KB rebuild. Tell them O'Reilly sent you.

It may be the keyboard is bad or not fully plugged in also try reinstalling the printwheel.

You should let a pro do this...too much oil and in the wrong place, can harm th unit. You can put a couple of drops on the carrier rails. Long silver rods theat the print wheel assembly travels on.

Remove and clean out the printwheel area spray with canned air, There is a magnetic switch on the R. side of the R. side frame that will break, if so unhook a wire everything will work except the auto forms insertion.

I assume that the platen is split otherwise it ma not be fully seated in the side frames. Press firmly on both side it will snap into place. If you need a platen we will sell nyou a good used one for 20.00.

Re install the printeheel, check forv debris in that area, check to be sure no keys are stuck down. Put some WD40 on the silver shaft that the carrier slides on.
