there should be two flaps; the first one is the larger flap at the back,put the blank paper to print there. where the smaller flap is (the doucments go) in the front, When you get ready to fax the doucment. It all should come out into the tray at the bottom of the fax machine. Look under the front of the fax machine and you should see a round indentation, put your finger into that and pull the tray out..

Remove all inks..clear all contacts whit wet cloth or alcohol then put inks back. if this is not helpful for you try also to change inks whit new

Error #1203 is a message error caused by either a communication failure between one of the printheads (cartridges) and the All-In-One (AIO), or by a shorted printheads.
In clearing up this error clean the contacts and look for obstructions around the printer head and cartridge.
You also should update your computer and printer software with the wizard available at the Lexmark site:
Many times the computer gets updated, or the printer software, and if not both them then both don't have the same information, and will cause an error.

If you have windows 2000, XP, or Vista, hold down the key with the windows logo on it and hit 'R' key and the same time. Enter "services.msc" and hit enter when in the popup prompt. Find the entry "Print Spooler" in the services window. Right click "stop" and wait about 20 seconds. The right click "start". You print job should be deleted if everything goes well.

A web page will open, follow instructions, select model, select operative system etc., and click on download .
Chose to download the file in my documents when asked.
After downloading, find the file,double click on the file ,then if you get in troubles, follow the instructions below to reset and reinstall drivers:

• Unplug printer USB.
• Go to control panel >> installed printers in Windows and remove (delete ) any installed printer from printer list.
• Download driver from website, or use the disk and run the install file.
  
• Follow driver installation wizard.
• Plug back printer when prompted from installation wizard.
