Frozen touch screen

This is an annoying and common problem with Lenovo laptops, including the ole Thinkpad series. my Ideapad would lockup when my palms went close to the built-in mousepad. Youtube videos suggested shielding the KB & mouse cables but this only partially worked on my Thinkpad. To fix my Ideapad, I finally disabled the built-in mouse and starting using a romote USB or wireless mouse. this has worked.

Pair smartphone to laptop

Pairing requires Bluetooth capability on both devices and likely your firewall shutdown at least initially until the phone is discovered and registered.. You did not provide enough info such as OS version, settings etc. It is not clear what laptop so we cannot tell if the laptop is BT capable or not. 1. Shutdown you Windows security/firewall and anti-virus softwares 2. Check in the Control Panel for hardware errors and Bluetooth status I suspect you will find the solution in the WIndows security configuration. Let me know as there a re a few other things to try but his is the first and most obvious.

How to run Lenovo IdeaPad A1 without battery

I am very familiar with all major brands of laptops and have over 20 years as a professional IT network engr. and have rebuilt or repaired dozzens of laptops of various brands so here is my opinion - In answer to your question: Most laptops no longer permit direct power without a battery in place and that is to protect the motherboard from surges. Compaq discovered that using a laptop without a battery to filter the juice will cause damage to the MB if hit by even micro-surges so they were one of the first to institute using the battery as a filter. Lenovo, HP, Asus and Dell were not far behind. As of now (2014) I do not know of any laptops that will operate on straight AC without a battery. This is also a reason why most mobile devices preclude you fram removing the battery. With that said there is a way to eliminate the battery and run straight AC but it requires you removing all NiMH or LI cells from the battery case and then running a couple of 22 ga multi strand from the battery contacts to the AC power contacts on the battery housing to create a complete circuit inside the empty battery housing -BUT I personally DO NOT RECOMMEND this fix as you will likely fry your MB unless you are filtering your AC power througuh a Battery UPS or some other 'clean' 18v/5v source. Sorry, I know of no other real fix other than a 'jury-rigged' approach.

How to remove write protection for SD cards

The issue may be with your card reader or your card, if you installed the driver with the SD in the port and in the lock position then it may have messed with the functionality of the port. I suggest you move any/all files from the card and then format it, or re-install the driver that corresponds to your SD card reader on your computer. If you cant do anything with the SD card as is, then re-install the driver for the card reader first, then try to format or write to the card. I had an issue with formatting a card while ago, if you try both solutions above then use a 3rd party formatting program. I will paste a link below. https://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4 Hope this helps!

Sounds like either a power issue and the speakers can't all be powered at the same time, or the settings for the speakers are in some kind of mono mode or other mode setting which only utilizes 2 at a time.
