I bought a Disney tv with a DVD player that connects..no remote.there is no input button option on TV n channels only go as low as 2.I can not get the TV to pick up their dvd player.model is p1310atv

Just bought a Disney TV/DVD combo Model P131. The tv had a good picture, but when we put a DVD in it, we could not get a picture.

I believe with a combo like that it should just play when you hit the play button. Unless the dvd player has failed.
