How do I make iced coffee
Brew coffee as you would normally.
Add ice until the coffee is cold enough to your preference.
Add milk /cream and sugar to taste.
The "iced Coffee" offered by too many shops is too sweet and and unappetizing.
And TOO expensive.

Melting Chocolate Chips to use for frosting
Heat the chips in a small pot, placed in a larger pot with water. Keep that pot on a low-medium heat while you use the melted chips. Water can only rise to a maximum of 212 degrees Farenheit, or 0 Celcius, so it won't burn while you keep the chocolate warm and liquid.

Coffee is bitter
Add a few shakes of salt to the coffee before you make it.
Or.........buy gourmet coffee and a better coffee maker. Bamboo filters are best.

I'm a social worker. I find the British definitions and sources the most detailed, but the sleep-worthy.

How to freeze seeded grapes?
Just wash them, dry them a little, and shove as many as you can into Ziploc freezer bags. Don't go cheap. They freeze well, don't stick together, and last forever. You can eat 'em as is out of the freezer.

To make grapes sweet
Use Stevia instead of sugar. Use less than half of the amount of sugar you'd use. Add yogurt for creamy treat. Get Stevia at major food stores and health food stores.
