replace speaker.

1)in side ur tv kit    there  sould be  loose connection  at circuit tracks     otherwise    check  EHT SECTION    means   check  ABL signal  from  EHT TO CROMA IC .

2)if ur tv is  stays on  for 5 minutes  only with sound and not with video    then    replace   vertical IC  with the same number

is there sound at  AV OUT  pins  check  with any  amplifier ,  if sound is coming  then  there should be  AUDIO AMPLIFIER IC gone . and  replace it  with same number....
if sound is not coming   then  inside TV kit there should be CHROMA IC gone   and replace it with same number,

this will solve  ur problem

When the same thing happened to me, I got mine to work using the codes from a Sylvania. The to TVs look the same, and seem to use the same firmware so I tried, and got lucky. Hope this helps.
