Natural cancer treatments/soursop
Always confirm health information by checking with your doctor and searching NIH, WHO, Mayo Clinic, NEJM and other Google results of verified research organizations. Oleocanthal in cold pressed EVOO varieties including Koroneiki and Tsunati has been shown to be effective in lab experiments against various cancer cultures, killing it within 20 minutes. Besides using it in cooking, we massage it in unheated once a week, so as not to disturb its molecular structure. We of course have followed all other best practices as well, including regular medical treatments and dietary improvements such as no alcohol, low sugar and natural vegetables and fruits.

Is true that Soursop can cure cancer?
no--- it is not true
there are foods and diets that can slow down or control certain cancers but ultimately the cancer will win unless the proper treatment is administered
eating the right foods in the correct amounts can sometimes prevent cancers but if the body dna is prone to cancer then food will not cure it
remember that there are literally hundreds of different cancers

Why do people drink Kombucha?
Kombucha might sound like a new, trendy drink but it's actually been around for several hundreds of years. Here are some of its health benefits which could explain why many people drink it:
- Kombucha promotes gut health. Thanks to fermentation, the final result when you brew kombucha is a drink that contains several different species of bacteria that are said to have a probiotic function which can in turn positively impact gut health.
- When you drink kombucha, you're getting the benefits of drinking tea. A green tea-based kombucha will give you amazing health benefits you can expect when you drink green tea. Some of these advantages are: a boost in antioxidants, reduced risks of heart disease, and regulated sugar levels.
- Kombucha is a great alternative to other sugary, fattening beverages. Kombucha isn't a weight loss drink but it certainly is a healthier alternative if you're craving for soda which is high in calories and sugar.
These are only some of the benefits of drinking kombucha. For sure, there are many other reasons why people love this drink. Visit Fermentaholics for more info on

The best before date on bottled water
Water seems like a commodity that can't go bad, so what is up with the best before dates that companies are printing on their labels? Do they really mean anything?
After some research I have found that there is no rule from the FDA that water bottle companies are required to print a best before date. What these dates indicate is that the best quality of the water will be before this date. You will find that when you put water in a bottle after a few days or a while the water will start to taste a little different.
Some times if the water tastes different after the best before date this is an indicator of the chemicals from the plastic leaching into the water. This causes some health concerns, but the chemicals don't really need a lot of time to leach into the water. You will notice that nothing grows in a sealed water bottle but within 2 weeks of opening it you should drink it or toss it because it can start to grow bacteria or mold.

So, the short answer to your question is, "No".

I am diabetic. Can I drink hot chocolate?
if you drink
it in moderation you can have hot chocolate with diabetes. It's better to make
your own with unsweetened cocoa powder and then use artificial sweeteners to make
it taste sweeter. You can use packet hot chocolate but you must read the
nutritional information at the back so you know what's in it. You can also buy low-sugar versions.

Is it ok to drink hot chocolate during pregnancy?
Yes. Women
are generally recommended to cut down on their caffeine intake during
pregnancy but the amount of caffeine in
a cup of hot chocolate is much less than you find in coffee or even tea.
So keep
drinking your hot chocolate. Obviously an excess of anything isn't good for
you, so just aim for a balanced healthy diet.

Can you drink sparkling water after initial 16 oz
"Seltzer water is water that has been infused with carbon dioxide under high pressure, which creates the bubbles," says
Toni Marinucci, MS, RDN, a registered dietitian with a master's degree in nutrition and dietetics. "In simpler terms, seltzer is carbonated water therefore the ingredients should just read carbonated water. If it is a flavored seltzer then the ingredients should read: carbonated water, natural flavor."
As long as it doesn't have large amounts of sodium or sugar, you can drink as much sparkling water as regular water - no limits.
