Start with the simple stuff. Does it have a detachable water tank? These sometimes have sensors which trip out if the tank isn't positioned properly. Try removing it and using a dry cloth wipe clean the underside of the tank and the mount surface it sits on. Refit the tank, fill it and retry using it.

Nearly always milk solids stuck in the tube. You have to use an enzyme milk line cleaner to dissolve it and even then, sometimes you have to remove the tube completely and massage it out.
