Dialta di 2510 has code COBAO
Did someone leave a trash can or boxes under the output trays? To solve this problem requires removal of the rear cover of the finisher. Then remove the elevation drive motor assemble. Be careful don't want the output trays to fall!!!!!! Then while placing them in their proper position re seat the drive assy. The top tray should be just below the orange rollers (If they are cleaned) you will see several actuators the trays has to just touch them.

The control panel with go thru some screens when you see the screen with copiers on it on the left side of the screen in the middle you will see a small "." when dot appears touch 3 button. then the machine will continue to the code screen. press the utility button should see a new button "Maintenance Mode" touch it then touch trouble reset. the machine will again go thru screens will see the "." again do nothing. should go Ready to Copy. First ensure that the right side cover is closed correctly. Check that the two latches that are on the door are not broken especially the rear one. Then fine a paper clip. With the machine on look on the right side of the control panel you will find a small hole. Place the paper clip inside the hole. (Once that is done you can only use that paper clip ever again :) Copier tech humor!) Watch the screen you might see abort code that OK. When the screen come on that show the copiers look to the left of the screen in the middle a small "." will appears when it does press 3. Nothing is going to happen. Code will come back. Now press the Utility button you should now see a button marked maintenance mode. Press it then press trouble reset. Once again the machine will go though its normal warm up will see the "." do not do anything. Ready to Copy Should appear. If the code comes back do not reset the code your messing with the fuser (The Hot part). It can catch on fire (That would ruin a perfectly good day) so have a technician look at it.

Dialta di 2510 errore c0000
Main Motor failure. Try first removing the image unit and reseat it. Then check behind each paper draw for paper. Then you might have a bad main motor or the control board that controls the motor is bad. I would have a Konicminolta Tech look at it. Drum been replaced lately? Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure and make sure the counters are cleared Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer. IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. Copier works on the counters that's how it know it got a new drum and developer. Get new develop and new drum and have it installed correctly, Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you start over with new developer and new drum

first ensure the right side is closed (Section that exposes the drum cartridge) and that the latches are not broken OK with machine on take a paper clip end stick in the tiny hole on the right side of the control panel (From then on you can only use that paper clip:):):) for this procedure (Copier Tech humor:)) The paper clip is going to touch a small switch which turns the to several screens if its say abort that is ok what you are looking for is going to be on left side of the screen in the middle a small purple dot when you see the dot press 3 that will activate trouble reset it will still code out with your c500 code but now go to utility mode see the new button Maintenance touch it you will see trouble reset touch that machine will go thru the entire cycle again you will see the small dot DO NOT touch let it go to "Ready to Copy" if not you have a problem with fusing unit the Hot part DO NOT CONTINUE TO RSET you can catch the machine on fire have a tech come out a look at it.
