Manufacturers web site usually offers drivers for their products. Most will have you put in the information and take you to a download page. Sometimes they will give you more than you need and you have to choose which one to try. Make a restore point just in case you have to remove the driver you install if it causes problems. An easier way is a program like driver genius. It will tell you all drivers that are out of date and need replaced. You can choose to replace them all to none or just the ones you know you need. They will offer would you like to make a restore point. Always say yes. There are other programs out there that do the same this is the one that popped in my head. Though it is good.

This unit has a toner/fuser replacement part.

The part number is 9967000877 and should be replaced every 3,000 pages (avg).

You would need to download the universal driver for the printer, as Minolta did not provide a specific windows 7 driver for your printer.

Click on the link below to download the universal driver, the driver is supported by Windows 7 32bit and 64bit operating systems.

Have you been able to successfully remove the stuck page? You should be able to just physically PULL it out of the printer. You may have to open the printer door to get access to it, but just pull on any portion of the stuck page you can see, and get it out of there! There turn off and back on the printer, and you should be good to go.

Try to find the local minolta service and try to order over them. Or go in few printer repair shops and try to find similar one.

Where are you located?

its not the toner..there is something on the developer that blocks the ink in the same spot ...just open it ,,and clean it all..rollers developer..and all and it will be ok ...
