find out that any other device is working on that USB port? if yes then try with other cd, ask the dealer to provide u other cd. may be any file corrupted on that cd. if any device not working on that port may be the port is defective or may be it is disable from bios setting. go to bios setting while u turn on the pc see the message appears press DEL or press F12 to go to bios seeting. go to bios setting & find USB port is enable or disable. enable it.

Hi Kienan,

I understand that you are facing mis-aligned print problem while printing on the forms. This is not due to any hardware problem but with the settings.

Measure the height of the form on which you are trying to print and set the appropriate paper Length in the printer setting. The below shown images will well explain about how to set the settings in your printer.


The supported paper sizes in various trays can be known from he below picture:

After you successfully finished setting up the paper size in the printer, your printer should work fine.

There is no easy way. You need to adjust starting position for every form. There is fine feed function and Top Of Form setting procedure, so you can adjust the minimum space between top of porm and first printed string (user's guide explains in details how to do it). But after that you need to decide whether you manually set the start position by rotating the knob or play with your application to adjust margins etc.

Just go to FORMAT and select LINE and SPACING option..there you should select 1.5 spacing....this will solve your problem..

Hi chris_tzo;

Without knowing your configuration on your servers, it sounds like a sharing issue on the printer. If one of the servers is set to be a print server, then you need to duplicate that on the other. If you don't have a print server, then you are sharing the printer from a workstation. In that case, what I would suggest, from the computer that you are having problems with. Drill down into the network to the computer/server that is sharing the printer and when you get to the printer, right click the printer and click connect. This will load a direct connection to your computer, and you shouldn't have any disconnect issues again. If you do, I'd say it's a network IP problem that is causing the disconnect, which is a whole other can of worms.
