Installation
are you experienced in installing car stereos at all? these decks are not the easiest to install. Best bet would be to try to find an installation manual....there would be way too much instruction to put on here.
If you have any specific questions feel free to ask.

Unit won't turn on....
There are several surface mount fuses and the flexible pcb is also a suspect, don't attempt to repair this unit yourself unless you have experience if not you will end up doing more harm than good.

I have found that copied dvd's don't always work properly and even the slightest blemish or scratch renders it inop also it is illegal to sell a copied disc as it infringes copyright, I understand that the genuine disc's are expensive but you get what you pay for.

Error message
try removing power from the unit for about 5 minutes and plug the harness back in. If that doesn't work, it will need to be repaired.

No sound
You might have a bad speaker. The internal amp shuts itself off if a problem is detected with a speaker. disconnect all of them and then reattach one at a time to find the problem speaker. If you can't get sound out of ANY of them then you blew the output chip which will require a repair shop.
