Restore factory settings option in the Nav>SystemSettings option i think.

You have to isolate yellow-black cabel. This cabel was in contact with earth and it was the reason, why you have Mute on the display.

this noise is comming from the alternator, u will need to install an alternator noise surpressor, it is an electrical filter, you can get these from any store that sells car audio, it goes in the 12 volts power leads to the unit..

more than likely, the flexible cable from the monitor to the main pc board is bad, it needs to go back to pioneer to be repaired.

The touch screen may need to be recalibrated Or replaced if recalibration doesn't work.
are you on warranty?

You most likely don't need to replace the whole screen, just the digitizer part on top of the screen that registers the pressure / touch / movement.

If the digitizer is damaged, it may not register the touch properly
The digitizer is in that case either faulty / broken or not calibrated properly.

There are after market for mobile digital tv turner on sale on Ebay. You have to hook it up to the rear audio/video rca input on the brain. Goodlluck.

I removed the battery terminals and then reconnected and now my navigator doesn't work. When I take the faceplate off there is a flashing red light
