First, the fuser assembly may be damaged or at the end of its life. The solution is to replace the fuser assembly. Second, the toner cartridge may be defective and letting too much toner out at one time. In this case, you will need to replace the toner cartridge.

Take the toner-cartridge out, and gently tilt it left-and-right
to redistribute the remaining toner in the cartridge.
Reinstall it.

It's located in the front of the machine. U will see a series of dots and a line on both sides (directly in the front of the printer). Give a gently pull towards yourself and the door will open.

Go to printer properties, click the color tab, then click Advanced Color then at the bottom of this section you make manual adjustment to your personal preference.

Could be 2 differents problems.
1st you can clean the leds.
2nd you can change the drum of the color problem,

This problem could be solved with a new black drum.

The black marks normally comes from a worn fusing unit. in most printer nowadays, you buy a maintenance kit that comprises of roller, pickup rollers, fusing unit and drum. after changing those items mentioned above, you should correct the 3 black marks on your printouts.

If you are sure that you have the right printer ..go to device manager (right click on my computer ..properties..../hardware ..device manager ) and look for the printer ...and if it is in yellow with an ask sign on it ..,click right on the device (printer ) and choose update driver ..and run the wizard and follow what it says at the final before ..finish ..
if it says the a problem was on ..and the device wasn't installed proper ...it means that you do not have the right driver and you need to download it again from the support site ..and run it into computer ..(but not before removing the old one completely and be sure that you got read of all traces of it ..)

follow the exact instructions on that page ...and be sure you selected the operation system correctly

change the Magenta cartridge & try if the same problem then PCB damaged. Contact service center. Thanks.

Deinstall the pop-up and if that takes care of the problem, something is wrong with the Kodak installation program

Load the paper between the guides on the MPT tray push the guides up to the edges (otherwise pressing the blue button won't work) then press the blue button on the right hand side of the paper. QED.

This is generally an issue with the drum rather thatn the toner cartridge. To fix such an issue, generally one must pull out the toner and the drum, then clean the toner powder from both the drum and the inside of the printer. The lines are usually caused by a buildup of excess toner powder caught within the machine.

there should be a black thin wire with a button to move over that wire that cleans it. I would also take out the toner and make sure there is no stains there

We had a similar problem with an Oki C7300. It was reading "Fatal Error 121" on the display.

We fixed it by simply unplugging the printer from a surge strip and plugging it into the wall directly. After that, the error went away and has not come back.

Clean the rubber-wheel! Click and pull it off.

Try this:

1) Power on printer while holding both the + & - buttons simultaneously; release when "Okiuser" is displayed.
2) Press + or - until "Engine Diag" Mode is displayed; press Enter and Diagnostic Mode xx.xx.xx will be displayed

3) Press and hold both Enter & On-line simultaneously until Eng Diag Level3 is displayed

4) Press + or - until Local Parameter Set is displayed; release and press Enter

5) Press + or - until it displays Factory Mode; if it displays Factory Mode Twice with an asterisk next to one then it is in Factory Mode; Press Enter, Press + or - until it displays Factory Mode & Shipping Mode on the display; then press and hold On-line & Cancel simultaneously; when it stops blinking an asterisk should be displayed next to Shipping Mode, which becomes the default mode.

6) Power printer off then on to complete the procedure.
