How do clean the head

The Head is the Black ber on the uder side of the top cover. Use a tissue to wipe off any excess toner. You can use a small amount of alcohol on the tissue to than wipe dry. If you have a 3M toner
vacuum you can vac. up any dust or toner on the drum. DO NOT use any liquids on the drum.

It keeps flashing check image

Some drum units are "chipped" to prevent the rebuilding of of them and it's possible yours is one of these. Removing the drum, once installed, may have triggered this error message. Try emailing Oki about this; in the past they were pretty good about responding to customer problems while I was still involved with servicing these and other printers.

ERROR002

The error code 002 is a vague problem, but mostly leads to replacing the motherboard. Would probably be cheaper to buy a new printer than to replace the motherboard for this printer.

Changed drum but it is still saying 'change drum'!

On some printers after you change the drum, you have to reset the counter so the printer knows the drum has been changed. How to reset the counter is as follows:
1. press the ONLINE button to return the printer to off line status.
2. press the MENU button repeatedly until the MAINTENANCE MENU is desplayed, then press the SELECT button.
3. Press the item button until DRUM COUNT RESET is displayed.
4. Press the SELECT button and the Drum Counter is reset.

Hope this helps.

I REMOVE THE JAMMED COPY. PRINTER STARTS AGAIN AND

Jam may not be completely cleared or paper is not suitable for your printer.

You can find your User Guide, an Educational Guide on the paper which is compatible with your printer and updated Drivers here:

http://my.okidata.com/PP-B4350.nsf?opendatabase

In the Troubleshooting section of the User Guide (page 74 of the English version) there is a section on dealing with Paper Jams. Make sure you have cleared all areas and that your paper is compatible.

Screen says change drum

Your printer is telling you it needs a new drum. Go to a search engine (Google or similar) and type:

oki b4350 drum

The results will show you where you can purchase a replacement. They look to be priced between £115 and £160. The replacement should have instructions on how to fit it.

Best of luck.
