Is the cooker running on a gas bottle or mains gas? Is it one ring that is affected, or the whole cooker?

Most likely is that some muck is shorting the electrodes in the oven, or underneath. Give the over a good vacuuming both inside and under
/ around the back.
Failing that you'll need to isolate from mains before testing any wiring.

You need to replace the fsd or disconnect the timer

I had to disconnect my clock to stop this happening to mine as a replacement was over a hundred pounds

You need your burner replacing, order on line, just goole your oven model, you will need your serial number, half price of buying from your gas fitter, mine was, it's a five minute job to fit for a gas safe plumber
