Try this steps before you install

1. Start -> Click Run

2. Enter msconfig and click ok

3. Click Startup tab

If you are running Windows XP, you're in luck, but the company has discontinued this model, no longer supports it, and has no drivers for Windows Vista. I could only find the driver on the UK site, as the American site was down. It is the same driver. Hope this helps.
