Uninstall office and reinstall it. You will not lose any files. Then go to MY COMPUTER and right click. Scroll down to MANAGE. The computer management console opens up. Go to the left open up DEVICE MANAGER and click. Go to the right and go down to NETWORK ADAPTERS. Find your wireless adapter there and see if the driver is good. It could be broken or missing. In that case uninstall it and go to sonys e support website. There you will find the driver for your wireless device. Download it and reintall it. I hope this helps you.

The file that you try to open is locked by another user/process (check with updated antivirus), or the file is marked as "read only": in Windows Explorer, right-click on the file, click "Properties", remove the tick to the box "Read Only ", try again. Good luck!
