Well, your question is very interesting and actually frequently asked. The thing is that VR/AR technology solutions can greatly and positively influence e-Commerce business: increase income, engage new customers, lead to brand awareness, etc.Still, it is a very risky thing because not so many people trust online stores and are ready to buy a thing without trying it and seeing it. And especially it concerns clothes, shoes and luxury stuff. main-qimg-4d383b95c3cf97ecd03c4211542df096-c-afdhokgyvgjyfrvugpt4mycf-1-0.jpg I'd like to draw your attention to AR as it is a highly used strategy for online store development. Possible AR solutions:
  • AR mobile apps for e-commerce
  • product catalogs with AR
  • print and product augmentation
  • virtual touch and try-on platforms
  • beacons for "near me" stores or coupons/offers
  • image recognition for digital objects
Among some good examples, there are: SayYes!, Shop4Rings and CaratLane. To learn more about them and their benefits, please, follow https://thinkmobiles.com/augmented-reality-jewelry/
