You can install for free a trial version of Microsoft office 365. That is a temporary license. After 30 days you will have to pay for it or it will become active. Adobe makes a product called open office. You can download and and use it for free. It does not look like the Microsoft office products but you can save the files and send them to other people and they can open them and work with them no problem.

you cannot get a free copy of the 2010 product key, if you bought a copy of windows office 2010 it should of had a key with it, just say you have the key but its not valid this means someone else had it and you have to purchase a new product key, if you buy oem version that allows you reuse the key about 3-5 times without having to purchase a new key. about anything you buy any more from microsoft after version 10 windows is going to be a subscription fee that you are going to pay each year to be able to use it you mite what to try free version of office on line
