assuming your are under Windows 7 :
go to " Start /Devices and Printers " . Right click on the printer icon , select " see what's printing " click on " documents / cancel .

Have a look on Visioneer's website, there is probably a viewer application available from them.

This usually occurs when your new email address hasn't been designated as the default email address. Assuming your USB cable is connected to both the scanner and computer and you are currently using Outlook Express, do the following:

1. Open Outlook Express
2. Click on Tools
3. Click on Accounts
4. If you have multiple entries in the Mail section, select your new email address as the "default"

If you are not using Outlook Express, open PaperPort to configure your email. Once open choose Email and choose the appropriate email address you're trying to send the document/picture from.

However when you scan you would have to select the source as being either your AIO or the Roadwarrior. Not a big problem.

Some apps let you define the default in an individual type of way. so lets say you wanted to use the roadwarrior just for reciepts to OCR them into some planner or accounts package and use your AIO just for letters and larger forms then some apps will allow you to do that.

Look at the optical scanning strip (small strip) and clean it with some WIndex. This is an ADF scanner right? If not, still clean the glass.
