CDJ 1000MK2. CDJ pitch control
There is a fine adjust on the pitch control circuit board, however if it is staying at Zero at the extremes then it's time for a new pitch control :(
Jogwheel Repair
Sounds like a ball bearing is gone! i'm sure london has a lot of deck repair shops and a general service should do it! spring went in my CDJ 1000's not so long ago and it wouldn't play at all in vinyl mode quick service did the trick
My pioneer cdj 1000 wonpt power up
You will have to take it apart in order to get to the power supply board inside. See if the fuse is blown...if it is replace it with one of the same type and rating...If it is not, then check to see if the switch is working ok...If you do not know anything about electronics don't try to repair it yourself...get a qualified service technican to do it for you...You could also have something shorted on one of your other ckt boards that could be dragging down the power supply...and would make it look like it has no power...

CDJ1000 MK2 Powers up but no display & no sound
Had the sam problem... Turn te player upside down, take off the bottom cover and check the semiconductor fuses located near the supply connector on the top of mainboard. The one that is responsible for display is marked as VLOD (-40V). Worked for me :)
Keeps ejecting cd
This would be because the tray mechanism is not being able to reach the end of the load position in pushing a switch or that that switch is bad. It might be corrected by either a new belt if one is used or lubrication of the mechanism and maybe some Deoxit spray into the switch if that measures open all the time even when pressed in. Deoxit is a contact restoration spray used by technicians that is available at MCM Electronics.
How do I remove the face plate?
wd-40 will remove anything even spray paint, and will not harm elect parts, then use canned air to get as much wd-40 out and wipe outside with alcohol and paper towel. Don't use to much wd-40.
Pioneer cdj-1000 mk2 sound issue
Diconnnect the player from the mixer, hook directly to your receiver or amplifier, now try it out, if nothing! replace the audio cords from the player to the receiver/amp, power up both units, hopefully this will work.
PLAY/PAUSE Button issue
Hi, got a
Yes, this can be caused by a faulty button or buttons, where they are stuck in the on position. The control line gets blocked by the stuck button, and won't even eject in some cases. Take it to a service centre and they should be able to resolve it while you wait, and drink their tea :)
