Check for Ground Lines
It could be anywhere from a loose/missing screw , cold solder joint on J13What important is that the Speaker Negative Terminal is directly connected to the secondary center-tapped terminal of the transformerand the chassis of the amplifier.
Think I have it all connected correctly, but there
Hello Sir, Hi try to check the usual, like mute? or is the cable good? check the menu if the unit is on mute. or use another cable. you can check the unit by simply listening to the speakers soft HUM. this HUM should be present, the hum is most loudest at full volume (even if there's no music). A missing hum means two things, you have the speakers not connected or open (burnt). or you have problems with the unit. please check them both. let me know your progress.
Why does the headphone jack
Ok, this happens because in every headphone jack, there is s switch, this switch,, cuts OFF the Speakers, and may even use a lower power amplifier when sending to headphones, I guess the manufacturers didn't think anyone would want to have the speaker ON, and use the headphone at the same time. However what you could do, is get yourself, a Cable to Phono, socket, cable, cut the end off, and hook up to the rear Speakers output and then you could hook it up to your Wireless device and have it work as you want. The link below will give you an idea of what I mean. Also if your unit has a "Monitor" or "Auxiliary" output you could use that too. hookup to that and it will output a signal.
