Enter the admin mailbox (usually FEATURE 981). Follow the prompts to enter the mailbox change menu for the box you need to reset and select the "reset password" function. This unlocks the box and sets the password to 0000, which will then prompt the user to enter a new password when the mailbox is opened. There is a call back feature in the system. Sometimes when you receive an internal call from another extension and you are on another call the caller will hit callback. You actually have to return the call to that extension to stop the light from flashing.

It is a long time worked on nortel. check the cards have inserted properly with the interface. that would be my first look.

Hi I have found a manual here which gives information regarding key codes and serial numbers on Page 66.
