i dowmloaded webcam
Uninstall webcam and restart computer it should automatically reinstall the driver for the camera and if not try updating the computer if still not working go to Acer support and look for the drivers and software for the type of Acer you have witch is the 4720i and make sure also you are installing for x64 or x32 bit computer found in your PC Properties... Hope that helps....
Asus k51ac camera is upside down?
This is a problem most likely found in programs like Skype. Whatever program you are trying to use will need to be uninstalled and reinstalled to fix this issue.
My caller does not have audio from me?
Make sure you mic is enabled and working. Go to start, then control panel, then click sound. A box will open. On top of that box click "Recording", it will show if your mic is plugged in and working.

Hello,Check the driver if it's installed. You can check that in the device manager. To go there, do the following:Right click on Computer. Click on Manage.Click on Device Manager. Look for the driver of the webcam. If you can't find it there then go to the website of your computer's manufacturer to install it. Or you can use RadarSync to scan your computer. Cristal eye dont work and i didnt find it in the manager
Install the driver for crystal eye. If it was working before, then I suggest that you just do the system restore. Here's the situation:Driver messes up during software updates (especially if your driver isn't updated). It's a hard ache to manually update those drivers thus installing a third party software which automates everything will do the thing. Try radarsync. I hope this Helps!Carlo
