How to remove white light appeared on artwork in konica minolta buzhub c454
If you have already replaced the charging corona, developer powder, and cleaned the laser unit, but the problem of a white light appearing on the artwork persists on your Konica Minolta Bizhub C454, here are a few additional steps you can take:
- Check the transfer belt unit: Ensure that the transfer belt unit is clean and free from any debris or toner particles. You can gently wipe it with a clean, lint-free cloth. If the transfer belt is damaged or worn out, it may need to be replaced.
- Inspect the imaging unit: Check the imaging unit (drum unit) for any signs of damage or wear. Make sure it is properly installed and securely seated in its designated position. If the imaging unit is defective, replacing it might resolve the issue.
- Perform a density adjustment: The Bizhub C454 usually has a density adjustment function. You can access this in the device's settings menu or through the control panel. Performing a density adjustment might help improve the print quality and reduce any unwanted artifacts.
- Check the print settings: Ensure that the print settings on your computer or the printer's control panel are appropriate for the artwork you are printing. Adjust the print quality, resolution, and any color settings as needed.
- Update the firmware: Visit the Konica Minolta website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your Bizhub C454. Updating the firmware can sometimes address software-related issues that may be causing the white light problem.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it is recommended to contact Konica Minolta's customer support or a certified technician for further assistance. They will have specialized knowledge and tools to diagnose and fix the specific problem with your machine.
I have a konica minolta c250i, the magenta is not printing on the paper, it print out as yellow. other colors are perfectly ok
There are several reasons why your Konica Minolta C250i printer may be printing magenta as yellow. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Check the magenta toner cartridge: Make sure that the magenta toner cartridge is properly installed and has enough toner. If the toner cartridge is low or empty, replace it with a new one.
- Clean the printer heads: Use the printer's cleaning function to clean the printer heads. This can help remove any clogs or buildup that may be preventing the magenta ink from flowing properly.
- Check the printer settings: Check the printer settings to make sure that the correct paper type and color settings are selected. If the printer is set to print in grayscale or black and white mode, it may not use the magenta ink.
- Perform a firmware update: Make sure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes firmware updates can fix issues with printing quality.
- Contact Konica Minolta support: If none of the above steps solve the issue, you may need to contact Konica Minolta support for further assistance. They may be able to diagnose the issue remotely or send a technician to your location.
I hope these steps help you resolve the issue.
