59.XX this error is related to the fuser possibly a bad cartridge I have seen cartridges with the rollers seized & can't turn which will create different error codes

Welcome, and thank you for using FixYa!

Actually, no, you will not need to do any further purchases. The "DN" on the end of the model name, 2025dn, refers to your Duplexer and Network JetDirect card already being installed.
Your issue is in the properties of the printer. You need to right-click on the printer, enter the properties, and find the tab for "Device Settings" Near the bottom of all of the options you will see listed, you will find "Duplexer". It will probly refer to it being "Not Installed". Simply switch this to "Installed" and hit Apply, then ok.
Now, under the Printing Preferences in the General and Advanced Tabs; you should see the options for double-sided printing. Simply place a check mark in the box to enable it and set to "Flip on Long Edge".
That should resolve your issue.

my personal opinion is that you might have two basicproblems

1.open the lid from back of your printer, you may see a stiff film .,give aprint command and check the film rolling visually , if its broken then it mightgive you annoying sound like something's broken , but it can only be visualizedgiving a print command ,
if its really broken from edges it may give you this problem, it can be fixedby local service center ,I had this problem it cost me about 2.(clean your printer ) >Open printer >remove the toner > check for any piece of stapler pins or any paper or anyother waste that's stuck in between drums. > if you have a wind blower machine blower it . > must keep in mind to blower it in open area, causeblack particalls will make you cough, or would get dusty, 3. your toner must have ink dust at one side, shake thetoner and then insert in printer , this will help you . it sounds like your collection assembly is full. this is not something you can do anything about. it must be replaced and it will be costly. you are probly better off to replace it

Go to the hp.com site and search for said driver. Sometimes they do not update their drivers for older machines, but I am not familiar with this one. Good luck. Once a year Staples will have a special where one can trade in an old machine for a discount on a new HP.

What model? Connector on the outside or on the mainboard? If on the mainboard, replace it. If on the front, you should be able to just replace the connector cable and/or mounting.
