Temperature will not go below

Hi

It can be due to a defrost timer, which is causing the fridge to go into defrost cycle. Usually it takes 45-60 minutes for refrigerator to come out of defrost cycle. If the timer is bad then it will not come out of defrost cycle and can result in this kind of issues. It can also occur due to defrost thermostat, it allows current to pass through it at temperatures of 20 to 30 degrees Fahrenheit and prevents current from passing through it at 40 to 60 degrees. The thermostat sends temperature information to the processor. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

Mod GD01542A Series 150 Heat

Above is your service and repair manual.
Hi, it sounds to me like you have thermostat or refrigerant problem. However you will need to perform the "Troubleshooting" steps in the Service Manual, above, to track down the actual "Cause", and fix the problem(s).
To further help you with your problem, I have given you a link below, that has step by step DIY, information and troubleshooting procedures, I am sure between the two you should have no problem repairing it.
http://www.acmehowto.com/howto/appliance/refrigerator/refrigerator.php
Also usually there is a "maintenance sheet" behind the inspection panel too, this has specific information pertaining to your exact unit.
Now, it may seem strange but even a fridge has an "Element" in it, they are used to control the temperature, and to "Defrost" etc, I would suspect that the element is faulty, or the sensor that controls it, is faulty, or the "brain" is faulty, or perhaps a combination of any or all? Hopefully, working through the troubleshooting steps you will be able to isolate and effect a repair.

Condensor fan runs during harvest cycle

Sounds like possibly a bad relay in the controls. The condenser fan is supposed to turn off during harvest. If the harvest is incomplete, and I do not know if your model has an ice curtain or not, I will assume it does and the curtain switch is not operating properly. No model, can't be more specific.

Continues to make ice when grill cover is off,

If this is a combination gas grill with the accessory fridge mounted in the cabinet, then the issue is that once you put the grill cover on, you are preventing proper airflow/circulation needed to keep the fridge's compressor ventilated enough to keep operating.

Try leaving the grill cover off and move the grill/fridge out of direct sunlight, as the thermal heating of the cabinet isn't helping the fridge get enough air circulation to help it (the compressor) run cool enough to keep from tripping the thermal overload sensor (thermistor or Klicxon themal protection device) mounted on the compressor.

This device prevents the compressor from extreme heating that can cause the compressor have a catastrophic failure.

Hope you find this Very Helpful and best regards!

How to remove drip tray at back of aeg fridge

On an AEG SANTO 3533, the tray sits on top of the compressor. There is a short metal "tunnel" on top of the compressor. The tray has a plastic clip in the middle which goes through the tunnel and latches up on the other side. To remove, reach to the back of the metal in the middle of the tray, press the plastic clip firmly down, and pull/wiggle the tray backwards horizontally to remove. Needed a torch to see clearly on mine. One of these things that's easy once you've done it once.

I have a 1984 Norcold 8310 series RV refrigerator that isn't working. How can I troubleshoot it?

Question edited for clarity. Help and videos in the link. However it is 40 years old and has probably seen better days. There isn't much you can do if it needs refrigerant gas as you need a certified engineer. https://www.google.com/search?q=1984+Norcold+8310+series+RV+refrigerator+that+isn%27t+working ..
