Hi Shawn , the first thing I would check is the wheels and tracks for there straightness and alignment, & to just to make sure there's no debris in track but mostly to ensure all the wheels are greased and moving freely not only at the bearing But in the shaft as well The next suspect is the tension springs over head Door down = tight spring Door up. = loose spring Caution; these are very strong and very dangerous ; Caution these springs are assisting, to make the door feel weightless to the opener. If you are handy with tools then you can make a very minor adjustment (+or-) to these springs which will adjust your door movement speed to fine tune theses springs.
