This is a counter rotational craft and thus there should be two electric engines turning one rotor each. The top rotor is probably connected to the lover gear, and thus this is where you should start looking.
When you turn your top rotor, do any of the gears move? Try holding the gear while turning the rotor also, if the rotor is spin able while holding the gear then your rotor shaft is damaged and the entire rotor should be replaced if possible.
Also, try turning both rotors and see if one spins heavier than the other. This shouldalso indicate damage to the construction, or the engine.
If everything is looking all right, and all the gears turns all the way to the engine, and everything looks tight, then it is a great possibility your engine is fried.
Many of the sets have easily changeable rotors and rotor shafts, and some also have easily changeable gears. However, most cheap crafts like this do not have easily changeable engines. I do not know this model, so this you have to investigate. Now, it is possible to do engine shifts by yourself even if the manufacturer does not provide spare parts, but I
For one thing, there are only two channels. Although the transmitter shows a,b,c the switch has only two positions. The way to assign a channel to a heli is to turn it on and then simply operate the transmitter. The heli will lock itself onto the first frequency it receives, and start working. Before turning on the second heli, make the first transmitter is OFF, and set the second transmitter to the other channel. Turn on the second heli and simply operate the transmitter. The heli will lock itself onto the second transmitter's frequency, and start working. Then you can turn the first transmitter back on.
