Doro 2404 not sending messages?
If your Doro 2404 is not sending messages, there are several things you can try to resolve the issue.
1. Check that your phone has signal and is connected to your mobile network.
2. Verify that your account balance is up to date and sufficient.
3. Make sure that you are sending messages to the correct contact and that the contact has a compatible phone.
4. Ensure that your phone settings are correct. On the Doro 2404, go to Settings > Call Settings > Messaging > Text Messages and verify that all options are set correctly.

Can not connect hands free to my Doro 6040
Is this to connect to headphones or to a car hands free system? Is this a first time connection or has an existing connection stopped working? Sometimes it can take a few attempts to get the first connection but once done it will stay registered on your phone. First check the Bluetooth is turned on for both devices.
On most Bluetooth headphones If you press and hold the power On button and keep it pressed after it powers On it will give a tone and go into 'Pairing' mode. It should then appear in the Devices list on your phone. Most phone systems will need you to confirm you want to Pair to that device.
For connecting to a car you will first need to have the phone's Bluetooth turned on and then go into the settings on the Car's phone system. Then use the "Search for Devices" option. It will probably appear as "DORO 6040". select it and the phone should connect. Again, like the headphones, it might take a couple of attempts.
Doro 5030. Can I block a number?
Yes, you can block a number on the Doro 5030. Here's how:
- Go to the phone's main menu and select "Contacts."
- Scroll down and select "Blocked Numbers."
- Select "Add Number."
- Enter the phone number you want to block, then select "Save."
- The number is now added to your list of blocked numbers, and calls or messages from that number will be automatically blocked.
Note that the Doro 5030 does not have advanced call-blocking features, so you may still receive calls from blocked numbers that use different numbers or withheld numbers.
