Mitsubishi WD-73838 - Watching TV all seems good and then it shut off small pop heard, thought a lamp but it turns on with picture & sound then off after 10 seconds.
Do you see a small fan close to it? Is it gunked up with dust? It could be the bulb but it sounds like it isn’t getting cooled.

I'm dissembling my Mitsubishi Big Screen TV model # 65809 for disposal. Are there any capacitors or other things which might have enough stored energy in them to be dangerous to me?
Yes, but if you leave it unplugged for at least 1/2 hour you should be safe. Use insulated tools or rubber gloves to be sure.

I have a Mitsubishi DLP that when you turn it on you don't get a picture. When you hit the pole you get a green light and you can hear it try to power up but then you can hear it power back off.

Recently replaced my Mitsubishi hc4000 bulb after it blew. Now none of the LED lights come on at all. Not even the red power light.
It is probably wired wrong, so the wires connecting the light to the house may need to be fixed.

My mitsubishi tv wd 73642 comes on runs great and then just shuts off. no warnings. every time i turn it back on the green light flashes fast just like it does when it loses power. any suggestions?
I agree...thermo (heat) problem in power supply. Saw the same problem with Mitsubishi models many times.
