Where do I get parts?

Unfortunately parts are going to be really hard to find for that set, and if you happen to find them they're going to be expensive, I'd look at getting a new TV

Mits. rear projection tv ws65905 picture has blue color tint

Your blue picture tube is failing. Invest in a new TV. "If" you can find a new set of tubes(you have to replace all 3 red blue and green) they are around $800-1000. Not cost effective. Run the TV into the ground if you want to wait but do not invest any repair money in my opinion.

Tv powers on, has sound but no picture.

Even if a convergence problem exists you should still have a picture, a bad one but a picture----call the menu up with the Mitsubishi remote and select convergence and then advanced---a grid of lines will appear in green---got dramatic red and blue showing and you have a convergence issue.Do that first----presuming no hookup is ok (try a dvd player) the set does have the OPTION menu(can tell you how to get there) that is based on a 4 digit number code--may have that for this model or not).It will not correct any convergence problems but will do a hard reset of the set back to factory original.Let me know what you find---it sounds like 2 problems exist.

The liquid in my mitsubishi rear projection tv

Yes it does, you should not unscrew the red screws only the gold ones in the corners of the tube.
What is the symptom of the problem that you are having.
You will need to ensure that all of the liquid is off of the circuit boards as soon as possible as it will wick under the IC's on the board and quickly ruin them.

Please let me know if you need more help or assistance.

Click but no picture

Please do self check model listed has: when power light goes off on front of set press and hold both the menu and input buttons for at least 5 seconds and release both.

Power light should blink two digit error code like: 2 blinks, 2 blinks, a pause and repeat 4 more times.

Let me know what error code and I will tell you what it means.

If this told you something you did not know rate this solution as very helpful as I do this here for free.

My WS-65905 Mitsubishi when on

First: this model has three picture tubes--with lens--if they are dusty the picture will be duller and darker than it should be--if this was the case it would be the same HD or not.

Do not pay someone to do this--with set off and unplugged you will see the three lens--clean them with a lens cloth.

Second possible cause---CONVERGENCE.

This set has in the customer menu convergence adjustments done with the remote---they are separate in the HD from the non HD. They are done with the Mitsubishi remote and easy to do.

If convergence when you call up the menu for it the grid of yellow lines will have either red or blue out of position slightly.

A lot of these sets were never very well adjusted in the HD mode for this---check out the convergence in the NON HD FIRST!

Then go to a HD channel and call it up again---instructions on how to move, adjust etc will appear and you will know instantly if convergence is different on HD---easy to adjust.

If this works and you want to get the Convegence really good let me know--there is a way by model number to do the same adjustments but it saves them into the memory of the set.

Doing the adjustments in customer mode, if power is removed they may return to what they were before.

If all this information has helped you rate this solution as very helpful as I do this here for free.

No picture on my set. (Mitsubishi ws-65905)

I have the same problem. I had someone come out and take a look at it they told me it was a DM module or signal board. Unfortunately Mitsubishi does not make the part anymore!! I'm very upset. I'm not saying this is your problem, but look at it as a possibility...

Have a ws-42413 mitsubishi TV

This behavior could be an indicator of power supply problems or abnormal current drain from elsewhere in the set.
Modern supplies are, by design, able to shut down if voltage or currents aren't within the design limits of the circuits they are servicing.
Without some hands-on it is not possible to isolate the problem unless one of the forums deals with a series fault.
If the set had a reset button, it would be located on the outside of it where the user could reset it.
The reset buttons one finds on some sets is nothing other than a very cheap kind of thermal circuit breaker that trips when current is above its limit.
These are kind of prone to failure themselves.

Mitsubishi Projection TV dis-assembly

When I took mine apart, I had to unscrew all the screws on the pegboard, then there are some screws along the midsection on both sides. Other than that, there weren't any cables or anything to be leary of. It was really pretty easy. Hope that helps.

Mitsubishi DLP 73 inch TV WD-73738 is blinking 6 red and 1 yellow, replaced the color wheel, and still having the same problem?

The lamp is not enabled possibly due to the colour wheel motor not turning. Any broken glass jamming it? Or the lamp ballast has failed due to an old/worn lamp.
