Mitsubishi WT-46805 46" Rear Projection Television Questions & Answers
Push power button and it clicks once then green
Do the self check the model indicated has:
When power light goes out on the front of the set press and hold both the Menu and Input (device) buttons for at least five seconds and then release both buttons.
Watch the power light closely as it will blink a two digit error code: 2 blinks and a pause followed by 2 blinks is the most common one.
It will repeat the code about 5 times and then to get it to do it again you would have to unplug the set and attempt to turn it on again etc.
Let me know what code you find and I will tell you what it means and what kind of trouble you have.

Need a power transformer for mits wt46805
that model does not use a power transformer, all voltages are from main supply and scan derived ones.
Do us both a favor and tell me what set is doing or not doing?

1998 mitsubishi big screen tv model vs-50603
Good Day, bigjim;
No inner tube. The tube may light up but it no video bias to turn the tube on, or the tube is so gassy that it doesn't emit properly.
It sounds like you will be in the market for another TV, because it sounds like like the CRT may be bad.
Hope this was helpful and not tooo late.
Good Luck, big IRISH.
Ticking with no picture, Won't turn on
Hi
Thanks
for using FixYa. You’ll need to reset it. To reset the TV turn it off and wait
for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes unplug the television power cord from the
electrical outlet and let the television remain without power for more then 1
minute. Plug the power cord back into the electrical outlet. If the television
is plugged into a power surge protector, remove it from there and plug it
directly into the wall outlet. Turn on the television. If the issue is
resolved, then the problem is with the power surge protector and not the
television. If the issue
is not resolved then this might have happened due to over-voltage. Please check
the power supply unit for swollen/ bulged capacitors and burnt wires/components
on the power supply board. Please make sure to turn off and
unplug the TV for at least 1 hour (this will drain off current from
all components especially capacitors) before you perform any repairs. Also note
that the TV consists of very high voltages even when it is in off condition.
All this is only recommended if you have electrical expertise and know how to
solder/re-solder components. Please do accept the solution if the issue is
resolved or post a comment for further assistance.
Thanks

I am attempting to connect
The set will have two component inputs, one is NOT HD.
You want to connect to the DTV input which if you look from the back will be marked 480/1080 I .
Also double check the connections to be sure blue-red-red and green to green.
