Mitsubishi has offices in Brazil. Apparently, they are out of the consumer TV and consumer entertainment business for a number of years now.

With the phasing out of CRT television sets, I have my doubts you will find a flyback unless you can find a scrap TV of the same model as yours. You can also try eBay or others like that to see if you can find this part.

It seems your set has a loose conection in the high voltage circuits,in fact by now it should have many loose conections in different areas like the power supply and the horizontal deflection circuits,if you are familiar with tv service you can use the information as the first step to take, some of the loose conections are hard to see even for the trained technician but the one giving you this problem should not be hard to see,if you are not too familiar with tv service be safe and call for assistance from a servicer a least for an estimate.

I think that the fuses and the circuit board and the power supply and the fuses are going bad inside of your TV and it is more convenient to purchase another TV than to try and repair your TV that is broken.

This will make repair easy. These are called blinking codes. Make sure about the exact number of blinking of the standby/power LED, by switching On & OFF the set, for at least two times. Count it carefully. If you wish to get some details, check the site linked here. It has details about blinking codes, and fault locating procedure, to many popular brand TVs and other devices. https://homenol.blogspot.com/ https://elektrotricks.blogspot.com/ http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ Blinking codes details to many popular brand TVs are given.
