Richo 5510nf isn't sending the faxes to the pop server
First, disconnect the fax from the wall and any other device ( after powering down), let set about 30 sec to 1 min. and then only plug the power and phone line into device and power up. Try a hook ( like you are making a call) call to a known fax number, listen for the communication tones -- if they are there, hang up and try to send a fax to that same number. If the error continues you have a scanning problem with the device.

How do you program the machine to only print out falied fax confirmations?
Yes. SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin and Web Image Monitor let you remotely view a device's transmission history as well as its saved destination data.
You can install SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin from the CD-ROM that was included with your device, or download it from the device's website. However, SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin can only be used on a computer which has the TCP/IP protocol correctly installed.
Once you have confirmed that SmartDeviceMonitor is installed, to confirm that your fax was transmitted properly, follow these steps:
1.Open SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin by clicking [Start] on the taskbar, pointing to [All Programs] and then [SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin], and then clicking [SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin].
2.Click the device whose information you wish to display.
3.On the [Tools] menu, click [Load Fax Journal].
4.When Web Image Monitor opens in your web browser, click [Job], click [Fax History], and then click [Transmission].
