I am assuming you really meant an Aficio 1013 - SC320 indicates a polygonal mirror motor failure. This motor drives the mirror that distributes the laser to the drum. Could be a defective motor, poor connection between the motor and the BICU - one of the motherboards, damaged cable or defective BICU.

This will require a service call. Probably looking at an hour to diagnose the exact problem and an hour or two to repair plus parts. Could be as simple as a loose connector --- doubtful, but you never know.

Hello Error 546 is a warmup error, when the fuser does not reach fusing temperature within the warmup timer period.You could attempt to remove the fuser yourself, and clear carbon buildup, or you may have to completely replace the fusing unit.You can clear the error by going into service mode, and selecting reset.

There is not a reset for jams in service mode. Did you open and close all the doors and make sure they are closed all the way. Most likely you still have a small piece of paper left some where in the paper path or you may have a broken sensor flag.

try to check if the cam gear is still there,you can found it at the rear side of the pcu assy.

Press the "." and the "#" buttons on the main control panel and hold down together for 10 seconds. Both buttons must be pressed and held down together for the full 10 seconds.


Release the keys when the copier turns off. After 10 seconds, the copier will turn off then automatically turn itself back on. When it is fully powered back up, it will be reset to the original factory settings.


Test for success. Check the copier settings to make sure the settings that you wanted cleared are no longer saved as the default settings.

Symptom: The fusing temperature does not rise

check if the tire roller are good and clean them. then check or replace the feed clutch.

transfer unit check it well may sockets not pluge correctly and bord on transfer may be deafective

At least must have network card, USB or parallel port.
I don't think so... If it as a parallel port probably your computer do not have it.
So... The question is!!!!

SC402: Transfer roller leak error 2
A transfer roller current leak signal is detected.
The current feedback signal for the transfer roller is not detected.

Generally these motors can not be "fixed" once they fail. You can buy them brand new online for well under $100 which also makes it hard to justify repairing. The part number you need is G0291961
Just do a search for it and replace it with a new unit. You will have a much higher chance of properly repairing the machine.

Error code sc 547 means "Zero cross signal malfunction". This error appears due to a faulty power supply. This error code may also appear if the input board is defective or the BIC Unit is defective. Turn off the printer and unplug the printer for 30-40 minutes and check if the error still appears. If you see he error still appearing then try and rest it using the following reset method-- To reset the SC code by entering SP5810 and select 1.Now hold down the photo mode key and the # key at the same time for at least 3 second.Then turn the machine off and on again.If the same issue still appears, you'll need to check and replace the Power supply or the Input (IOCC) boardt.

sc 546 is a fusing related code. either the fusing lamp or the thermostat is blown out. one of them needs replacing

yes it could be chatge rollers fault, but how many copies does developer have? I would clean the charge roller with water, dry it, and change the developer. On these digital machine, when you have backround wich is dark, these means that developer is worn out and you need to change it and clean developer cylindar. When the optics is dirty the image will be light, not dark!!!!! Only on analog copiers when optics is dirty the copy is dark, and when the developer is worned out the copy is light!!!!
