Let's hope that the bios upgrade wasn't corrupt. Remove the battery and unplug power source from wall. Wait about 1 to 2 minutes, then reinsert battery, and plug adapter back in, and see if it will power up. If not, let me know,I might have another suggestion.

DON'T INSTALL A BIOS-UPDATE.WITH OUT A 100% CERTAINTY.

It sounds like the bluetooth device is turned off.
Go to device manager and look to see that the bluetooth is listed and enabled.

In case of forgot BIOS password , you can clear the password very easily .
First unplug the power cables to avoid the power
Open the cabinet of your system and look for the BIOS battery on the mother board .
It look like this


Take it out and wait for 2 minutes and then again put the battery in its place
Now plug all the cables and start your PC The BIOS will not ask for password.

If you have software that uses the webcam, most likely it will turn on by itself. If this doesn't happen when you know it should, you can try to download the drivers and install those. If that doesn't work, you might have faulty hardware.
