the switch should have 2 wires. you will have to bridge 2 wirs untill it turns on but remember to disconect the 2 wires ones the laptop turns on

You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password and privileges. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CD which contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removal program. Try running you're antivirus. Scan you're drive and you're music player because i'm assuming that you're music had a virus that attached itself to you're netbook. If that didn't worked or you're antivirus didn't run at all ( because some viruses and specially malwares can actually do that ) try running it in safe mode (pressing f8 during initial boot) or run you're system recovery in safe mode (this will revert you're system to the date you're netbook didn't have any problems).

If you're having a hard time understanding it the easiest way to do it closing the autorun pop out once you insert you're music player. Then just double click you're computer then right click on the drive then select explore. And make sure that anything you insert in you're netbook in the future to scan it first with you're antivirus before doing anything.

I had the same problem, your hard drive cant recover because it is problably corrupted, they have a life of 1 to 2 years and then they need replacing.Any files you have saved cannot be recovered unless backed up on an external hard drive, which i highly reccomend doing if you haven't done so already

Please disable the numlock and check the keyboard.
If still probem with the existing keyboard, you can use the external mini keyboard.
