The router is capable of at least Wireless B (11MB) and possibly Wireless G (54MB) or Wireless N standard speeds. The HP Photosmart will do at least Wireless B speeds (and depending on which model - even possibly the faster "G" or "N" standards, too), so yes; it can be connected wirelessly.
You'll have to set up the the HP Photosmart printer the same way you set up other wireless devices to connect to the router. You'll need to input the SSID, Security Encryption Type (WEP or WPA) and associated security "Key" to match those settings that are in the router.
If you can't remember those settings, or never set up the wireless options, you'll have to access the Cisco Router's built in web set up page. Since you didn't include your particular model number, you'll have to look up this info at
Cisco's web site yourself.
